Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During new collection launches, sales, and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Jesen Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly. We will gladly assist in providing any information needed to help locate your package.
